truths about training....

(inside refers to those doing in kerala and outside refers to those doing outside kerala.)

Never fully believe what ur seniors say about training.

After training 80% of the students become experts in cad drafting.

There is nothing called exposure.

Attendance will never be a problem when u r doing inside.

Being in good touch with the junior architect is the key behind getting good works.

Getting a stipend of 1000 inside is equivalent to getting 3500 outside.

Trainees outside(read that Bangalore) are always online during office time.(no idea why???
maybe outsourcing!!)

Trainees inside will hate returning to class while those outside really wish to be back in class.

No one will send logsheet in time.

U’ll definitely get atleast one treat in a month and never gotta give back one.

If u have formed a group in yahoo, 90%of the messages posted will be in the first month.

U’ll really get bored on Sundays.

This is the time an arkee practically becomes like a techie(b.tech student)

This is the time boys try out new hairstyles

Ask any trainee about work and u’ll hear nothing but “thallu”.

All the above said truths are very subjective. they will definitely vary from trainee to
trainee. ie u’ll never know how this period is like until u get a taste of it.
